PT-5000AG Small Coating Test Machine ( Comprehensive Type )
The PT-5000AG small coating tester (comprehensive type) is a small
machine specially used in the laboratory to form a solid continuous
film by applying one or more layers of coating on the substrate. It
has a wide range of applications in the research fields of glue,
coating development and coating adaptability. The maximum
simulation and presentation of the curing method of large-scale
production equipment on the small tester is a highlight of our
equipment in customer applications, helping researchers obtain
accurate test data in the experimental stage.

Control Features:
1. Independent patented design, space saving, smaller and more
beautiful machine.
2. The body adopts automotive high-gloss spraying technology,
anti-corrosion and anti-rust, solid and elegant.
3. Self-set PLC touch screen controller, multiple modes can be
stored, and the coating distance and coating speed in each mode can
be adjusted arbitrarily. When different people operate the machine
at different times, all coating parameters are highly consistent
and the error is minimal.
4. PLC touch screen control, more precise and humane. Speed units
such as mm/min and in/min are suitable for different needs.
5. Adopting stepper motor drive, the stepper motor is installed on
the substrate. Compared with the previous products installed on the
shell, it runs more smoothly and has lower noise, and effectively
reduces the impact of vibration on coating, has a longer service
life, and more precise stroke control.
6. The whole machine is guaranteed for one year, imported
configuration products, more technically guaranteed, and meets
various test standards.
7. One machine for two purposes, the wire rod mode is suitable for
all imported and domestic wire rods, and the scraper mode
effectively combines the respective advantages of wire rods and
scrapers, with diverse functions and simple operation.
8. The overall flip-top UV lamp (or blast oven) design allows for
direct curing on the machine after coating, avoiding deformation of
the coated substrate and flow of the coating when the coated
product is moved to the curing machine, which may affect the
coating result.
