Application: Applicable to the test of the wear resistance of the printed ink layer, the wear resistance of the PS plate photosensitive layer and the wear resistance of the surface coating of related products. It can effectively analyze the anti-friction of printed products, the adhesion of the ink layer, the printing resistance of the PS plate and the friction resistance of other products. This product is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB7706-87 and complies with relevant standards such as JISK5701 and ISO.

Working principle:

The wear layer of the sample and the friction paper rub against each other at a specified speed under the action of the load friction body. The wear resistance of the ink layer or coating is determined by measuring the change in the density of the ink layer or the thickness of the coating before and after the friction.
